Strategic Plan

Community Options’ current strategic plan was developed in 2025. It was created from input from many of its stakeholders: persons served and their families, funders, contractors, Board of Directors and staff.

Outcomes

Community Options have developed a brief overview of the organization’s Outcomes Report. The overview gives an insight into some of the key measurables as well as what we have heard from our partners. The feedback helps drive the organization to improve the quality of service we provide.
