Directions to COCF
Community Options is located at 1595 Bay St. If you are coming up Bay St. from downtown Victoria, the building is on the right-hand side in the block after Victor St. If you are coming down Bay St. from the Royal Jubilee Hospital area, it is on the left-hand side about two blocks after Shelbourne St.
Our entrance is on the Bay St. side of the building. Our office is located on the lower level of the residential apartment building.
Please note that a couple of our employees bring their dogs to work occasionally. Please let us know if you have allergies or a fear of dogs so that we can make sure the dogs do not come in contact with you.

The closest bus routes to Community Options are as follows:
Bus #10 – Eastbound Bay St. – closest stop is on Bay St. at Howard St. (one block walk to Community Options)
Bus #10 – Westbound Bay St. – closest stop is on Bay St. at Shakespeare St. (across the street from Community Options)
Bus #27 or #28 – Northbound Shelbourne St. – closest stop is on Shelbourne at Denman St. (three-block walk to Community Options)
Bus #27 or #28 – Southbound Shelbourne St. – closest stop is on Shelbourne at Haultain St. (four-block walk to Community Options)
Parking
There is two-hour parking available directly in front of the building and across the street. Community Options also has designated parking spots in the lot behind the building (off Shakespeare St.). Our spots are #25-30 and #1 and you are welcome to use them if they are available. Please do not park elsewhere in this lot as it is for apartment residents only.
Hours
Community Options is open from Monday – Friday (excluding statutory holidays) from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
