Community Options coordinates Supported Living services that help people who do not need overnight staff lead active lives in the community through work, recreation and home-based activities.
Get Connected in the community or at home
People can receive help with getting connected to the community, learning life skills, managing their home, maintaining friendships, taking care of their health, and being safe. This can take place in the person’s home or in the community. People choose and direct their activities and support worker with the assistance of a Community Options Program Coordinator.
How Community Options Recruits
Community Options will recruit the independent support staff required on your behalf: creating, executing and monitoring the necessary contracts to ensure the best supports and services are in place when needed. Families can be as involved as they wish.
